    Teacher as class manager: Discussion time



    Teachers have a more mature way of thinking than students, so there should be regulation of the duration of the discussion between teacher-student and student-student. Discussions between the same level of maturity  will make effective learning and provide an overview of the learning difficulties that occur among students. Teachers can warm the classroom situation by starting a discussion with an issue that will be explored more deeply in the groups of students. Emotions among students during the discussion can be good or can be bad, here the teacher should monitor all around and the achievement of each group. When discussion among students is not running or stagnant, meaning that students do a lot of analysis or students too many to remember or even students do not like the material discussed. Certainly teachers can make a bridge for students to love the material discussed, for example, by connecting to the discussion of the material close to the real life of the students.
